How To Order
We look forward to doing business with you. To order by phone, call
(702)341-9325 between 8 AM and 5 PM Pacific time. You can also
order by fax or by sending email to info@symres.com. Please
include your name, phone, company, billing and shipping address, and
Purchase Order number. If paying by credit card, please include the
card number, expiration date, and name shown on the card.
Order Shipment
Shipping is usually by FedEx Express Saver, however on request we will
be glad to ship via other services such as FedEx Standard Overnight or
US Priority Mail. Shipping charges will be added to your invoice. We
can also bill shipping directly to your FedEx account if you prefer.
Most small orders ship within one or two days. For large orders, we
appreciate a 4-6 week leadtime.
Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, domestic COD, check prepay or wire
transfer. After credit approval, standard terms are NET 30 on receipt
of a company purchase order. Customers choosing the wire transfer
option are responsible for paying any wire transfer fees. |

International Orders
Shipping is usually by FedEx International Economy, however on request
we will be glad to ship via other services such as FedEx International
Priority or US Global Express Mail (EMS). Shipping charges will be
added to your invoice. We will tell you the amount when confirming
your order. We can also bill shipping directly to your FedEx account
if you prefer. All payments must be in US dollars. We accept Visa,
MasterCard, check prepay or wire transfer. After credit approval,
standard terms are NET 30 on receipt of a company purchase order. For
large orders, a Letter of Credit is required. Customers choosing the
wire transfer option are responsible for paying any wire transfer
fees.
Backorders
We keep all catalog items in stock. If we are temporarily out of
an item, we will let you know at the time of your order and ship it
as soon as it becomes available.
Returns
Please call for a return authorization number within 30 days of
purchase. We will promptly repair or replace any defective product.
Products returned for other reasons must be in resaleable condition
and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Discounts
We are direct marketers and offer our products at low prices so all
our customers benefit. Because of this, we do not offer special
discounts to dealers, reps, OEMs, or educational institutions.
Product Guarantee
We guarantee our products will be free from defects in workmanship
and materials for one year from the date of original purchase. If a
product proves to be defective, we will repair or replace it (at our
discretion) at no cost for labor or parts. However, the customer is
responsible for all shipping costs to and from the SR factory.
Please call for a return authorization number before shipping.
Products modified by the customer or damaged by improper use are not
covered.
Liability
There are no expressed or implied warranties. SR products are only
guaranteed to meet the performance specs as specified on our data
sheets. Any uses beyond the scope of SR specifications are not
covered by the one year warranty extended. SR shall not be liable
for any injury, loss or damage, either direct or consequential,
arising out of the use of or the inability to use the product.
Products sold by SR are not for use in human implantable devices or
life support systems.
