Product Description

The PAR4CH-PC104-ADAPTER is one of several accessory boards for use in building a custom PAR4CH/PC104 stack. With its two sets of mounting holes, the adapter board makes it easy to connect a PC104 CPU card to the PAR4CH. The outer set aligns with the PAR4CH, while the inner aligns with the industry standard PC104 spec. Mounting hardware for both the PAR4CH and the PC104 holes is included.

In addition, the adapter has some optional headers that allow ribbon cable connections to the PAR4CH without twists if a compatible PC104 CPU card is used. Plus it has large ground planes for electrical noise suppression. The related PAR4CH-PC104-ADAPTER-THICK is thicker, but does not allow for any optional headers.

Either adapter can be substituted at no charge for the standard desktop enclosure included when purchasing a PAR4CH, just specify which you prefer. Adapter boards may also be ordered separately.
